Thank-You to 100 people at my Church for these studies that I am doing. Along with that, and writing more Children’s Books, and a Yummy Recipe Book. Here is what people are saying that they do to DE-STRESS~

1. Mark off a 30 minute time frame to take a bubble bath.
2. Take a few minutes to do some quick Stretches on the floor.
3. Give yourself a facial.
4. Relax with your favorite book and a cup of hot cocoa.
5. Take a nice walk, through the woods.
6. Come out with a daily workout routine.
7. Curl up on the couch and watch a movie.

  1. Oh my, this sounds like they came from a class offered through Bloom. Student assignment is to take an herbal bubble bath and more…..You may like it.

      ohh, you bet! I am a firm believer in Holistic approaches of Herbs. Interviewing some people at my Church, taking a bubble bath was number 1. I make homemade soaps from Natural Herbs. There is nothing like it in the world. Thank-you for relpying. May you have a awesome and blessed night.
